Responsibilities
- Design and build services that connect to exchange and TSO APIs for order execution and settlement
- Improve the reliability, observability and test coverage of the trading engine
- Collaborate with quants and the market-access team to ship new country integrations
- Participate in on-call rotation for production trading systems
What we're looking for
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience, ideally on backend or distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, Go or TypeScript
- Experience building systems where correctness and auditability are critical (fintech, trading, energy or similar)
- Comfortable owning a system end to end, from design through production operation
Nice to have
- · Experience with energy markets, exchange connectivity or FIX-style protocols
